The name of the house, "Los Cabritos de Tomás" ("The Kids of Thomas") is taken from a fragment of a play whose manuscript was found in the house before the Reform. It was written in 1864 by D. Casto Garcia y Garcia was possibly one of the many people who occupied the house throughout its history. While obviously have not met D. Casto, nor is he our family, we wanted to pay him this small tribute.

The house, with all the characteristics of the popular architecture of Sanabria: stone, slate(blackboard)and wood, is locate in the heart of the medieval villa of Puebla de Sanabria and is near to the Major Plaza and the Castle.

The furniture and materials have been selected by the owners to make the house a welcoming place. We trust and hope that rustic lovers enjoy the details.
