Twin bedroom overlooking the beautiful garden (courtyard), ceiling fan, large fitted wardrobe bedside table, large mirror by the door. The ground floor has open plan lounge with dinning area, 2 ceiling fan, mobile radiator, mobile air con/heater which you won't need as cool air flows through out the area, equipped with cd/cassette player radio, TV.

The kitchen is well equiped with electric oven and hob, cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, in the utility area has washing machine, gas bottle water boiler and storage.

Saturday market in playaflamenca which is 5 minutes drive and Torrevieja town centre every fridays is the biggest one in europe, La mata on wednesdays
