The house is set within a private gated neighbourhood with secure locked gate.
Entry to the house is via entryphone system and has reserved parking to the front of the house. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned house has a spacious lounge and dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas (one a sofa bed), coffee table, flat screen TV, Sky and DVD player. Glazed french doors lead out onto a private terrace with views of the gardens and pools. The 3 terraces allow you to take advantage of the sunshine. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, dressing table and stool. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and chest of draws. Bath, hand towels and bed linens are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, grill, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with washing machine and room to store golf clubs. The house also benefits from close access to 2 swimming pools, one of which is for children.

Things to see:
The town of Ayamonte is just a short drive away, here you can relax and soak up the traditional Spanish atmosphere in one of the many tapas bars, restaurants or cafes. Please don't imagine the commercialised Costas, this is real Spain. For beach lovers there are several beaches within a 10 minute drive, all are unspoilt and with over 30km of golden sands, with beach cafes dotted along the sands. Donnana National Park & beautiful Seville are only an hour away.
Things to do:
It goes without saying that golf is first class, with the 2 championship golf courses within walking distance of your front door. f you wish for more activities then look no further. A short drive and you can find horse riding, fishing, boat trips, and bowling, go karting, water parks, wind surfing and more! There is something for everyone. To relax, walk along miles of uninterrupted coastline, especially at sunset as the Costa de la Luz coastline has the most stunning sunsets in all of Spain.
