The house has 4bedrooms - 2 triple, 1 double and 1 twin - the double has ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms have access to the roof terrace. There are two further bathrooms, two lounges, a room size landing with sofa bed and an eat in kitchen/diner. Outside there a several terraces with spectacular views accross the valley to Iznajar and beyond including poolside areas and roof terrace. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with all modern convienences. The house is not overlooked but is in a very small hamlet so not isolated. There are larger villages within a couple of kms which offer local shops and bars/restaurants. The larger towns of Iznajar and Loja are about 15kms away. The house is perfect for visiting any one of the large cities or for a completely chilled out holiday. Things to see:
Casa Agustin is centrally located to visit Granada, Cordoba, Malaga/the coast and Seville. Local towns suchas Iznajar, Priego de Cordoba & Antequera are also worth a vist. Nature lovers will enjoy Fuente de Piedra with its flamingos, El Torcal, Lake Iznajar and the subbetica.
Things to do:
locally there is pony trekking , walking and water sports such as swimming, kayaking and fishing at lake Iznajar. further afield Granada has the Alhambra palace, a water park, a Sunday market and artists quarter. El Torcal offers walks of varying difficulty through the granite rocks and also Lobo Park where wolves are the main attraction.Longer trips can include Morroco, Portugal or Gibralter. Alternatively just relax at the house and enjoy thesun, pool, local food and bars.
