The villa has magnificent views over the coastline set in the hills in Guime but only 10 mins drive to Puerto del Carmen .It is a five min drive to local beaches ,restaurants ,shops etc.
The villa has 4 bedrooms ,2 double and 2 twin and sleeps up to 8. There are 2 bathrooms ,a spacious lounge ,kitchen ,dining room and bar that overlooks the pool area and panoramic views over the coastline.There is a poolside house for those wishing to shelter from the sun.The heated pool (7x4) is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture,this is not overlooked .It leads down to a lower terrace with babecue.
A weekly clean is undertaken and management of the villa is close at hand.
The kitchen is well equipped and hairdryers supplied in the bathrooms.

A car is essential and can be obtained very cheaply on the island.We can give you a list of car hire companies.
Lines towels etc are all supplied.
We also offer beach towels to help with your luggage allowance.Very peaceful and private.
